Shipping and returns

Domestic Shipping
  • Domestic orders are usually delivered within 2-6 business days.
  • Orders below Rs. 999 will be charged Rs. 80 for shipping.  PREPAID Orders above Rs. 999 will get free shipping.
  • Cash on delivery option is available on orders above Rs. 999. Charges for COD orders are Rs. 80.

International Shipping

  • $19 flat shipping charges on all orders.
  • International orders are usually delivered within 20 business days. Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays in India are not set as business days for standard deliveries.
  • International shipments are not eligible for returns or exchange

Customs and import duties:

Duties and taxes for international orders are not included as part of product or shipping charges. You will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an invoice from the shipping agent. In case of non-payment of duties and taxes to receive the shipment, moon soul will not be able to entertain a request for refund.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, the tracking information is sent to you via email and SMS.

 For returns:

moon soul products go through several rounds of QC before it reaches the customer. We aim to reach the highest possible quality standards unmatched in the industry at each level of our organisation. If there’s a problem with a product that you have received, we are here to help you.

  • There will be no refunds in any case, without any exceptions. If your request for return is approved, you will be issued refund on the total amount excluding shipping charges.
  • Your product is eligible for a ONE TIME return/exchange if you have received a defective product in terms of a quality or manufacturing defect, OR if an incorrect product is mailed to you.
  • Given the nature of our products, we reserve sole discretion to provide resolution as we deem fit. Every return or exchange request is treated as an individual case.
  • Prepaid orders are not subject to refund if rejected.

For exchange:
  • If you would like to exchange any of the items purchased, please contact our customer service team, at team@moonsoul.in within 48 hours of delivery with the following information.

– Order number

– Delivery address

– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item

If approved for exchange / replacement/ credit note, a reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 2-4 business days. Please ensure that the product you return is unused and in original packing condition. No request for return or exchange or credit note for the same shall be approved beyond 48 hours of delivery.

moon soul will try its best to expedite the repair/ replacement process. However, the whole process from pick up to delivery of the replacement item can take upto 21 days.

Pre-orders and Customised Orders

  • All pre-orders and customised orders will require full payment at the time of order confirmation.
  • There will be no return/exchange/replacement on pre-orders or customised orders.

There is free shipping on all orders above Rs. 999 in India. Orders within India are usually delivered within 2-6 business days.
